Title: Remember the Fallen
Word Count: 100 x 4
Rating: PG-13ish
Challenge: #122: Remembering the Fallen
Characters: Remus/Severus, implied Remus/Tonks
A/N: DH Spoiler, and Character Death

Long black hair, the kind you could get your fingers long it and never want found. Beautiful pale skin, the kind that had never seen daylight. The dark silkily voice, the one that made you want to come in your pants. Those legs, the kind that wrapped around you and you pounded into that willing body.

Remus sighed and put his pen down. No matter how many times he replayed those images in his head it only hurt more. But to forget was worse.

Tonks walked in, a little blue haired boy on her hip, but his hair was rappedly changing to kiwi.

“Are you ready to go?” She asked her husband.

The service was nice, but Remus could not wait to get out to the graves. Everyone that had died in the last war were buried in the same place.

Remus shot out like a cannon, he had two places to visit. But he knew Harry would not mind being kept waiting. The black grave look ominince as he walked up. But to him it was comforting. He sat the charmed roses on the grave. They were charmed to look midnight blue. There were already a few flowers. Carnations, from Hermione; Poppies, from Poppy. A magenta flower Remus could not place, from Minerva.

“Teddy is getting so big. You would not believe it. I think he may not have my wolf traits I hope not.” Remus wiped his eyes. “You gardens are looking good this year. I know I am not as skilled as you are, but I do make some good potions. The rest I sell. I have your house sold. I know you would have wanted that.” Remus broke down. “I just can‘t go in there and see everything that is you and you not walk in. I know you told me to be happy. And I try, but with out you nothing is happy.”

“I wrote a poem for you.” Remus said, once he composed himself. “I would read it out loud, because it is a bit racy.” He laid a crisp white envelope on the grave. “I will come back and visit you, my love. This first year had been so hard with out you.” He looked at the gold ring on his finger. It was an engagement ring that his lover had given him, before he died.

“Remus.” Tonk was standing behind him, Teddy’s hair and eyes were now black.

“I‘m ready to go.” Tonks and Teddy walked away.

“Good bye, Severus, my love.”
